What we use the data for
- Managing the condominium: meeting notices, minutes, contributions, collection, insurance and communications (Civil Code, Articles 1430 to 1438-A, and Decree-Law 268/94).
- Handling repair requests, works in units, complaints, transfers and statements of charges.
- Keeping the portal secure: authentication, activity log and prevention of unauthorised access.
Legal basis
Compliance with the condominium administration’s legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), the relationship between owners and the condominium (point (b)) and the legitimate interest in the security of the portal and in proving decisions (point (f)). Sending meeting notices by email depends on your consent, recorded in the minutes (Art. 1432 Civil Code), which you may withdraw at any time.

Name, email, phone, correspondence address, unit, preferred language, email consent, occupant details and emergency contact when you provide them, requests and messages you submit, files you attach, your unit’s account statement, fire insurance, and technical access records (date, time and IP address).
Who sees the data
Only the administrative committee. Other owners do not see your contact details, requests or debts. In complaints, your identity is only disclosed to the person concerned if you allow it. Data may be shared with suppliers engaged for a repair (only what is needed to carry it out), with insurers in the event of a claim, and with courts or justices of the peace in collection or disputes. The portal is hosted by a service provider engaged by the condominium, in the European Union.

Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing.
